In September 2025, Dr. Antonio Bobet visited the Texas A&M campus. Dr. Antonio Bobet is the Edgar B. and Hedwig M. Olson Professor in Civil Engineering at Purdue University’s Lyles School of Civil and Construction Engineering, specializing in geotechnical engineering. At Texas A&M university Dr. Puppala and his students gave him laboratory tour of the CIR facility, showing the state-of-the-art equipment and the cutting-edge research conducted on Ground Improvement, Geosynthetics, and UAV asset management.
