Biography

Jaime is a master’s student at the Zachary Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Texas A&M University. Jaime achieved his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering at the Universidad de los Andes in Bogotá, Colombia. There, he worked with Dr. Juan Carlos Reyes on the analysis of the ground response of the Bogotá savanna following the 2008 Quetame earthquake. Jaime’s research interests include soil stabilization, geosynthetics, and numerical modeling applied to geotechnical engineering.
